房屋场地租赁合同范本

1、承租方擅自将场地转租、转借的;

合同期满，承租方拒不搬迁的，应向租方赔偿由此带来的损失。

合同期满，如出租方继续出租场地，承租方享有优先权。

第三条 租金及付款方式
